Custom Swag Information
So you want gear with your logo, badge, or heraldry on it without any hassle? You've come to the right place! Here's what you need to know:
You need to supply a correct-color vector graphic of your design. This is a file ending in .svg, .eps, .pdf, or .ai A high-resolution raster graphic can be used instead, but the quality will not be as good. (jpg, png, gif, bmp)
You must have the right to reproduce the submitted design. The LARP Swagger Shop will not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked content without the legal owner's consent.
You need to decide:
What items do you want to offer? Limit of 6.
Starter set: Gildan unisex T-shirt and pullover fleece hoodie with the design printed on the front, and indoor/outdoor vinyl decal with white background.
Pro set: starter set plus: Gildan Women's T-shirt and full-zip hoodie, and 12 x 17 inch double sided garden flag.
Custom collections can include almost anything, all you have to do is ask!
Embroidered premium products including patches, aprons, and hats are available, but require a design consultation due to the limitations of embroidery.
If offering clothing, what colors do you want to offer?
Standard is a single color to match the background or compliment the colors in your logo, plus black.
Do you want your swag to be listed privately, or publicly?
Private listings can ONLY be found by following the URL given to you. Public listings will appear in the shop and may be purchased by other shoppers with no affiliation to your group.
Do you want your group, LARP, and order timeline featured on our Custom Release Calendar page?
If yes, you will be asked to provide the following optional information:
Game Name, Website, & Location
Game Style: Short Description of theme/setting, rule set type, combat type, and event type
Game Origin: founding date and optional rule-set the game branched out from.
When do you want your items to go on sale?
Items will be available for a period of 2 weeks (14 days), with a displayed count down timer on the product page.
What next?
You will be emailed the links to your product pages, and a series of four simple sale announcements: pre release, sales live, half way, and last chance. It is your job to advertise: Get your announcements out to all the members of your group on the recommended dates to make sure everyone remembers to buy!
What if someone misses the deadline?
Unfortunately, if someone fails to make a purchase before the listings are taken down, they will be out of luck until you arrange another run. Consider purchasing some extra items to keep in reserve for new members.
When can we arrange another run?
Unfortunately, we can only host a group's swag sale once per year at this time, although this may change in the future. Be sure to share your sale announcements on schedule and as widely as possible to give your group the best chance to buy in.
